Today there was 2nd Hearing for 9 Tech Mahindra & 1 Wipro Employees..


Advocates from Tech Mahindra Appeared and seek to file vakalathnama. Immediately, Our FITE Advocate Anoop Awasthi sir intervened and strongly objected that the affected employees are not having job nearly one year and requested the Honourable Labour Court Judge Madhura Mulik to pass the interim order to grant financial relief to all 9 Tech Mahindra Employees who got illegally terminated.


Honourable Court agreed and ordered advocate of Tech Mahindra to file vakalathnama along with the written statement of reply for the complaints in next hearing which is scheduled on 9th January 2018.


Failing which the Honourable Labour Court Judge will pass the interim order on all 9 Tech Mahindra Employees Statement of Claim.


Advocates of Wipro didn’t turned up, so the hearing is rescheduled on 6th January 2018. On the same day we have 1 Syntel Employee’s case Hearing also.
